Very easy! Just send us a WhatsApp message and we’ll arrange it for you. We have fixed rates starting at €25, so you can arrive comfortably and worry-free.

We don’t have a physical reception. Access is fully automated: you’ll receive a link to open the door during your entire stay.
Check-in: 13:00 – 22:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the common bathroom. If you’d like us to prioritize your room, please let us know in advance.
Check-out: until 11:00. Late check-out is not available as we are a small hotel, but you’re welcome to use the common bathroom after leaving.
You’ll receive a WhatsApp message with all the access instructions. Don’t use WhatsApp? No problem! Just call us and we’ll help you.
It depends on the rate you chose. If it’s not included, you can add it for €10 per person.
Time: 9:00 – 11:00. Our buffet includes fresh bread, homemade pancakes, seasonal fruit, yogurt, jams, cheese, eggs, avocado, Iberian ham, and much more!
Yes, we offer high-speed internet throughout the hotel. Every room has a desk, and if you need more space, you can work comfortably in our common lounge.
Each room has a Smart TV. You can watch live channels and also enjoy Amazon Prime, already included with the hotel account. Simply click on the corresponding icon to access.
We don’t have private parking, but don’t worry: the Ruzafa Market Parking is just around the corner, where you can safely leave your car. Here’s the link to check prices and book online.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets 🐾. Our hotel is very small and not adapted for them.
Yes, daily cleaning is included. Just place the door hanger if you’d like us to clean your room. Towels are changed only if you leave them on the floor.
